Ways to Work Together

Three levels of coaching structure.

Some people need a focused conversation when something comes up. Others want a managed pathway around one important goal. The CRAM is for clients who want the most consistent and intensive structure. You do not need to know which one fits before discovery.

Choose the Structure

Pay As You Go. Guided Pathways. The CRAM.

The difference is not the importance of your goal. The difference is how much structure, continuity, tracking, and between-session support you want around the work.

01 • FLEXIBLE

Pay As You Go

Individual private coaching sessions when you need them, without a required package or structured pathway.

  • Bring the issue that matters now
  • No long-term commitment
  • No required milestone pathway or progress tracker
  • Eligible payments can count toward a structured program later
See Pay As You Go
03 • MOST INTENSIVE

The CRAM — 12-Week Intensive

One private 45–60 minute coaching session each week for 12 coaching cycles, with required development and application work between sessions.

  • One private session each week for 12 coaching cycles
  • Four required development/application activities during each cycle
  • One required Session Integration after each coaching session
  • 60 client activities across the complete CRAM
  • Coach review, feedback, and progress tracking through the private portal

Guided Pathways

A coaching pathway follows the goal—not a calendar.

A Guided Pathway gives one important area of your life a clear structure. The pathway is organized around milestones and real-world progress rather than a preset number of weeks or sessions.

The first question is not, “Which program do you fit into?” It is, “What are we actually trying to change?”

The pathway is managed with you, not imposed on you. Progress, setbacks, new information, and changing circumstances can all affect what the next useful milestone should be.

1

Define the primary goal

We identify the outcome that matters most instead of trying to work on every problem at once.

2

Start with the right foundation

Accountability may be the first skill for one client. Another may need rediscovery, clarity, boundaries, communication, or another foundation first.

3

Work through milestones

Your portal gives the pathway a visible structure with milestone progress, coach notes, and resources connected to the work.

4

Adjust as the evidence changes

The pathway can be refined when real life shows us that something different needs attention before moving forward.

The CRAM

More frequency. More continuity. A defined 12-week window.

The CRAM is the most intensive way to work with 6thFrame. Unlike a Guided Pathway, it is not milestone-based. Each CRAM follows a defined 12-cycle curriculum with required development, application, and integration work that builds from one cycle into the next.

WEEKLY COACHING

One session every coaching cycle.

Each cycle includes one private 45–60 minute coaching session. A CRAM cycle follows the coaching schedule, so a reschedule can extend the cycle without skipping ahead in the curriculum.

REQUIRED WORK

Four development and application activities each cycle.

Between sessions, the client completes four required activities tied directly to that cycle's skill and real-world application. These are part of the CRAM curriculum—not optional worksheets or add-on resources.

SESSION INTEGRATION

Every cycle closes the loop.

After the coaching session, the client completes a required Session Integration. That creates five required client activities per cycle and 60 across the full 12-cycle CRAM, with progress, submissions, and coach feedback kept in the private portal.
